The very first impression that I had of a hotel was when I was a little girl. Back then, my mother and I were walking and we were caught in the rain. We stepped into the nearest building, which was a hotel to find shelter. The receptionist approached us with a towel to dry ourselves up and chartered us with an umbrella to the nearest bus stop. This tiny yet impactful action inspired me to be where I am at today.
My moments in ROTY seems surreal still. I have a very serious wish to write a book on my hospitality journey. This is not only to share among us hoteliers, but also to share with the future generation. Do you know how I got this inspiration of writing a book from? It is from Conrad’s mission itself, which is Never Just Stay, Stay Inspired.
