Course Objectives:
By the end of the Course, learners will be able to:
- Explain how the applications of the digital technologies under Industry 4.0, impact the Hospitality sector.
- Identify strategies for Change Management for (during the group presentation) the organization culture and digital leadership competencies that is relevant in the digital era.
- Identify innovative framework, e.g. Design Thinking, Agile and Lean methodologies for new initiatives for the hospitality sector.
